Resq, derived from the term "Rescue," is a reliable provider of roadside assistance services in the UAE market. Our mobile application allows users to easily request assistance for common issues such as a flat tire, fuel shortage, engine start failure, or the need for vehicle towing.

To enhance the efficiency of our rescuing process, we encourage users to register and verify their phone numbers. Additionally, we ask users to provide their vehicle details so that their profiles are complete and the rescue process can be smoother and faster.

Once users have requested a rescue service, they can take advantage of various features to track the rescue vehicle in real-time using Google Maps. This includes accessing the estimated time of arrival and receiving specific details about their rescue.

Upon completion of the rescue, users have the opportunity to rate the service and provide feedback on the drivers who assisted them. Furthermore, our app offers a history section where users can review completed requests and view images as proof of the delivery service, among other features.
